Returns

If you do not like the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, we are happy to arrange a refund. Simply return the item back to us within 30 days for a refund of the full purchase price (excluding shipping). Items shipped to you for free will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refunded amount. The product must be in its original box and in resalable condition. Products that have been assembled and used already can unfortunately not be refunded.

Please contact us in case you wish to return a product so that we may provide you with the necessary forms.

 

Warranty

All products need to be installed by a qualified electrician. Our warranty includes:

24 months for the motor
12 months for all additional electric parts (e.g. remote control)
Afterwards you will need to contact the manufacturer for all warranty related issues.

 

Please note that the warranty will not apply if the fan was  

  • not installed by a professional
  • damaged by you or not handled as described in the instructions 
  • installed inappropiately (for example indoor fans may only be used indoors)

 

When claiming warranty or encountering a malfunction of your product please give a detailed description of what seems to be the problem so that we can find a solution together as quickly as possible. After analysing the situation we will provide you with detailed instructions that need to be followed.
