Revocation Policy

Right of revocation

If you don't like the product, simply return it back to us within thirty days and receive a refund for the full purchase price (excluding shipping). Items shipped for free will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refunded amount. The product must be in its original box and in resalable condition. Installed products unfortunately are not able to be refunded.

You have the right to revoke this contract within thirty days without giving any reasons. The revocation period counts thirty days beginning from the day that you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier have or has taken possession of the goods, respectively.

To exercise the return you must inform us (webtotrade GmbH, Kaethe-Kollwitz-Strasse 22, 04600, Altenburg, Germany, info@creoven-australia.com, phone: 0049 (0) 3447 843 8000, fax: 0049 (0) 3447 843 8009) of your decision to revoke the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a posted letter, telefax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation 

Once you have returned the goods to us within the thirty day period, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price (excluding shipping). Items shipped for free will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refunded amount. The product must be in its original box and in resalable condition. Installed products unfortunately are not able to be refunded.

For this refund we will use the same payment method you have used for the original transaction unless another method has been arranged with you; in any case we will not charge you a fee for refunds. We can refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or you have given us proof that you have sent back the goods to us.

You have to send the goods back immediately and in any case at the latest within thirty days starting from the day you have given us notice about your revocation to the webtotrade GmbH, Returns, Feldstrasse 37a, 04600 Altenburg, Germany. The revocation period is maintained when you send off the goods before the end of the thirty day period. Please note that you will need to bear the return shipping costs.
